About CSL
Hello from Celebration Church in Austin, Texas! We are so excited about the Celebration School of Leadership, and all that God continues to do through this incredible program. Celebration School of Leadership (CSL) is designed to train & equip you to carry out the God’s will for your life through the instruction & guidance of our local church.
CSL students learn first-hand what leadership is all about as they become grounded with a strong Biblical foundation and develop practical ministry skills. As a student in this program, you will have the opportunity to serve in a variety of areas throughout Celebration Church as well as throughout the Austin Metro area. Our goal is to help you discover your God-given strengths and to equip you with the tools that you will need to fulfill your unique calling. Don’t miss out on an opportunity of a lifetime!

What are you doing?
Take a step back. Look at your life. Are you happy with what you see? Do you know who you are? How will you be remembered? You only have one life to live. Are you living it to the fullest? Are you being a good steward of the gifts and talents that the Lord has entrusted to you? Beyond that, what are you doing with the great gift of Salvation? Are you ready for your impact on this generation and the generations to come to be forever sealed?
Train
CSL rests upon the foundation of Celebration Church and is guided by the spiritual founders of this ministry. As a CSL student, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in Celebration culture through your classes with Pastor Joe Champion, Pastor Lori Champion, Pastor Paul Mason, Pastor Daniel Gonzales, and many more! We not only want you to learn practical skills, but we also want you to acquire spiritual disciplines that will challenge you to continually move forward.
Discipleship
As a CSL student, you will have the opportunity to serve with our incredible youth & young adult ministries that reaches young people from a variety of backgrounds. Through your involvement at Celebration Church, you will learn the basics of ministry and practical hands-on involvement in a variety of settings such as classroom instruction, worship service production and small group leadership. Every CSL student will be placed under a seasoned CSL leader for personal mentorship and discipleship. These leaders are available to guide and mentor you to advance the purpose and plan of God in your life.
Ministry
As believers, we are commanded to go into all of the world and preach the Gospel and, as we obey, God will back us up with His power. From the streets, to the malls, to the university campuses, CSL students preach the gospel and see how God's love makes a difference in the lives of people throughout the city of Austin, Texas! Celebration Church also offers opportunities for you to minister overseas through global missions trips.
